Return Policy

All sales are final. Purchases made online or in person are non-refundable unless there is something obviously defective upon receiving your item involving my craftsmanship. Exchanges and/or future credit may be available in a case by case scenario within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase date. All custom orders are final sale - no exceptions. If you have any questions or concerns with your order, product, fit, size, or need a repair, please do not hesitate reaching out. Quality control and customer satisfaction are of utmost importance and issues will be resolved in a fair and diplomatic way. However, if you’re just a “Karen” looking to pick a fight with a small business owner over some petty shit - politely go fuck yourself :)
